IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• No reception, check-in at the apartment by appointment (time to be respected).
• Structure closing periods: always open (except closures for renovations)
• Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
  
• Check-out: 10.00 am
  
• Languages spoken: Italian and English.

PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Tourist tax:
  • Florenze: € 5.50 per person per night from 12 years of age (for long stays, no extra charge from the eighth night, maximum: 7 nights).
• Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì.
• By request for a fee: shuttle service, cleaning service, linen change or towel change.
